אחרי פירמוט מלא והתקנת וינדוס ודרייברים , שהמחשב עולה לאחר הדלקה שהביוס מסיים את ה POST אז יש מסך שחור למשך כ 20 ,30 שניות

ניסיתי שוב התקנה וזה אותו הדבר ?

בוינדוס שהיה בהרדיסק היישן היה עולה נורמלי ובזה יש איזה הפסקה לאחר שהביוס ראה את כל ההתקנים שיש ,בדקתי את ההרדיסק והוא תקין
