תרגע אני לא יפרסם פה WAREZ אבל יש לי שאלה חשובה בקשר לנושא.

אני מכיר אתר שמפרסם קישורים להורדות לא חוקיות אבל מבחינה משפטית האתר נחשב 100% לחוקי (כמו קאזה) זה תלוי מה תעשו עם החומר שבו.

אז תגידו לי זה נכון שמותר לי לפרסם אותו וזה לא יהיה ספאם, או שיש פה התנגדות מצד האתר לפרסם אתרים כאלו בכלל?
