hi i want to learn one of the subjects ,and i dont know where to start

i prefer to learn ccna ,i think i can do the tests of the mcse without the courses,

but i dont know if microsoft allow that.

yesterday i heard about mcpd-net it sounds very interesting.

what do you say?. i need your suggestion i'm a bit confused.
