ניסיתי להתקין את Haali Matroska Splitter ו-FFDShow (בנפרד) תוך סימון האופציה לנגן קבצי MP4, ועדיין נגן המדיה לא מסכים לזהות או לנגן את הסרטון. VLC מנגן את הקובץ אבל הממשק שלו לא מאוד ידידותי (אליי, לפחות). התקנת 3vix פותרת את הבעיה אך רק לחודש (גרסת ניסיון) ולאחר מכן אין קול.
