קיבלתי מסך כחול (STOP: 0x0000007E) במחשב נייד של HP עם מערכת הפעלה XP PRO

בנוסף הייתה לי גם רמיזה במסך הכחול שיש לי תקלה עם קובץ KS.SYS .

קובץ זה יושב בתיקייה C:\WINDOWS\DRIVERS

כיצד אני יכול לתקן אותו ? אני מבקש התיחסות רק לקובץ KS.SYS !
