יש לי XP SP2 PRO . התוכנות java ו- adobe flash player מותקנות ומעודכנות אצלי במחשב, אך איני מצליח לצפות בקטעי וידאו באתר של נענע. אני שומע קול אך אין תמונה.

באתר של walla, ynet ושאר האתרים אין בעיה ואני יכול לצפות בלי בעיה
