שלום רב,

ברשותי מסך סמסונג 22" בן חצי שנה.

אתמול במשך מס' שעות המסך החשיך(נורית החיווי פעלה) והייתי בטוח שהוא נשרף, ניסיתי אותו על מחשב אחר

אבל זה גם לא עזר. לאחר זמן מה המסך חזר לפעולה תקינה לגמרי.

היום בבוקר המסך עוד פעם היה חשוך לגמרי אבל הפעם נורית החיווי שלו גם לא מאירה, כאילו הוא פשוט לא מחובר לחשמל.

האם קיימת אפשרות שגם הפעם הוא יחזור לפעול או שצריך לממש את האחריות שלו?
