זו לא הפתעה. הרי ידוע שטלפונים סלולריים מוברחים מדי פעם על האסירים בבתי הכלא. ישנם מקומות בהם יש משבש של קליטה סלולרית אך לא תמיד זה עוזר.

אולי הוא במבצע של ברק 013 ורוצה לחסוך מספיק כסף לצאת לחופשה בחו"ל.
