שלום לכולם. אני משתמש ב-windows xp sp2 Hebrew שהתקנתי שילשום. אין לי בעיה עם יישומים חוץ מיישום אחד, שכאשר אני מנסה לפתוח אותו אני מקבל את ההודעה המצורפת בקובץ התמונה, וכן האייקון שלו זה אייקון ברירת מחדל של windows. המוזר הוא שיש לי windows xp sp2 באנגלית שאין לו בעיה לפתוח את הקובץ ולהראות את האייקון האמיתי. אני בעל זכויות של administrator וכן יש לי אנטיוירוס של AVG free (שגם אותו ניטרלתי לשם הבדיקה).

למישהו יש פיתרון מדוע זה קורה ואיך אפשר לפתור את זה כך שלא יקרה דבר כזה עם קבצים אחרים שאתקל בהם בעתיד?
