I am going to buy this pc soon from skypc. I am mainly going to use it for gaming (cod4 , crysis, ac) My budget is 3.5k but I am willing to add 100 , 200 shekels if it will improve the system by a lot.

Proposed Changes / Recommendations :

Case/PSU : You might consider swapping the Case/PSU to some more earthly combination - and yet of no lesser quality, like the CompuCase 6A19B + HEC 400TR-TF 400W (370 NIS at SkyPC).

CPU Cooler : you might want to pick some better-than-stock CPU Cooler, like the GlacialTech Igloo 5600 w/ PWM Fan (100 NIS at SkyPC).

HDD : Upgrading the HDD to 320GB is nearly a must - where the price is just 50 NIS up from the 250GB.

1. I decided to buy the chakra case because it has a 250mm side fan. I thought that by buying a case with such a big fan and also considering the fact that I will probably never OC the cpu I would not need to buy a custom cpu cooler. What advantages will I get from a CPU cooler? Will the preformance be better? Will the processor last longer?

BTW the CompuCase 6A19B does look pretty ugly.

2. Yeah I did think of upgrading the HDD, so I will buy a 320GB. What company makes the longest lasting HDD's?

1. I'd advise Against shelling an extra 250 NIS - If it's mostly for getting a "better" Side Fan.

One might better invest in an Improved CPU Cooler (~100 NIS) - for Higher Efficiency (e.g. : Better Cooling & Lower Noise), and in an Addtional 120mm Case Fan (35 to 50 NIS) - for Better Air Circulation.

as for the Design of the CompuCase 6A19B, IMHO - It's Elegant, Functional & Efficient - Anyhow, this is a matter of personal preference.

2. Western-Digital's are The Best in Terms of Reliability & Durablity, IMHO.
