שלום,

יש לי עבודת מחקר להגיש השנה וחשבתי שיהיה לי יותר נוח להפיץ שאלונים דרך הפורומים הרלוונטים ובמייל (לחברים שלי). איך (אם בכלל) אני יכול לבנות שאלון ממוחשב ככה שלמשל מישהו יכנס לאתר, ימלא את השאלון וישלח אותו והתוצאות ישמרו? מישהו מכיר אתר או תוכנה כזאת? גם אם הדבר בתשלום זה רלוונטי לגבי. תודה רבה על העזרה ;)
