שלום, אני רכשתי את המסך לפני 4 חודשים בערך בשקם אלקטריק ועכשיו הופיע פיקסל שרוף אחד.

צלצלתי ל"רונלייט" שהם האחריות והם אומרים לי שהאחריות מ3 פיקסלים ואני יודע שזה לא נכון, כשקניתי את המסך אמרו לי שזה מהפיקסל הראשון!

אני צריך להגיע למעבדה שלהם אבל אני רוצה להגיע עם משהו כתוב שזה מהפיקסל הראשון, יש לי רק את החשבונית קניה.

    ממה שניתן להבין שבשנה הראשונה יש אחריות מהפיקסל הראשון ולאחר מכן יש אחריות רגילה כנראה רק לתיקונים ולא לפיקסלים.
