לגבי הסמסונג קניתי אותו מבאג וקיבלתי זיכוי שאין לי הרבה מה לעשות איתו אז זה לא עוזר כל כך כל הזיכויים האלה אלא אם כן יש לאותה חנות להציע משהו אחר כמו שאני מחפש, האפל או הדל... במקרה של הדל יש להם אותו באופן כללי וזה יקר יותר מבמקומות אחרים (4,500) וכרגע חסר להם אותו והם אפילו לא יודעים מתי יהיה להם אותו. הם אמרו לי מראש שאת הכסף אני לא אקבל אלא זיכוי אם אני לא מרוצה מהמסך וככה זה בכל החנויות... לא ראיתי מקום שמבטיח שהוא יחזיר את הכסף אם לא תהיה מרוצה מהמסך...(אנחנו עדיין לא בארה"ב)
