רציתי לשאול בקשר לזכויות שלי בתור עובד .

אני עובד כשנה וחצי בנגרות. לפתע הבעל הבית שלי הכניס עוד 2 שותפים סך הכל יש לי עכשיו 3 בוסים.

אני חושב שיש לי זכויות לקבל פיצויים מהבעל הבית . ובנוסף לקבל תוספת ולהמשיך לעבוד.
