חב'רה אני צריך את עזרתכם

חזרתי הרגע הביתה וראיתי שהמחשב כנראה נדלק מחדש כי ראיתי את הווינדוס עולה (יש לי XP PRO SP2) לאחר שהכל עלה פתאום מופיעה לי הודעת שגיאה על שולחן העבודה (מצורפת התמונה של ההודעת שגיאה).. בבקשה מה אני עושה איך אני מסדר את זה ומה זה אומר..

נ.ב: אם זה משנה הפעלתי את האימיול אחרי דיי הרבה זמן שהוא לא היה בשימוש אבל זה לא קרה ישר , מדובר על כ 3 שעות לפני שהמחשב אותחל מחדש כשחזרתי.
