לאחרונה פירמטתי את המחשב והתקנתי את התוכנה itunes מדיסק שקיבלתי זה גרסה 6 שמעתי שיש גרסה 7 אז הורדתי אותה והתקנתי הכל עבד טוב ויפה ואז ראיתי שאין תמיכה בעברית לגרסה 7 (ipodhe) אז הסרתי את התוכנה itunes במטרה להתקין שוב את גרסה 6 שלה יש תמיכה בעברית לאחר ההסרה התקנתי את גרסה 6 ובמהלך ההתקנה הוא מודיע על הודעת error לאחר סיום ההתקנה אני פותח את התוכנה והוא שוב מודיע הודעת error ולא פותח את התוכנה

ניסיתי למחוק וולהתקין שוב גם בכונן D וגם בכונן C וכלום לא עובד
