The Afro-American population has been suffering ever since from discrimination. If you were an Afro-American at this point in time, what would you do about that? Would you surrender to the injustice reality or would you fight it no matter what?

Well, all I know is that one man, against all the odds, broke with his own hands the wall of social separation in the American society. This man was Martin Luther king Jr,

Martin Luther king was an afro-American man who fought mostly for the black people's civil rights in America.

During those days in America, although there were laws against discrimination, people did look at afro-Americans as a" lower human race". "black people" in America were suffering from such discrimination [ for example "black people" were not allowed to sit in the front bus's seats and had to give away their sits to a white person who requested them to, it was an unwritten law]

Martin Luther king was exposed to the fight for ending these kinds of deprivations by Rosa Luis Parks' case when she did not fulfill white woman's demand to give up her bus seat. As a result, she was sent to prison.

Martin then started to organize protests against the deprivations until "The Supreme Court" of the United States declared the race separation in buss is to be stopped.

This was only one of the boycotts he moved. This amazing strong man overcame arrest and other violent harassments, including bombing of his home he even died while serving his own holy goals.

In 4th of April 1968, king was assassinated in Memphis thenn, by kames earl. The shot in the neck murdered a dream, a father and husband, but mostly a national hero and a civil-rights figure. His death caused a wave of violence in major cities across the country. Furthermore, his birthday, January, the 15, is now a national holiday.

One of his life highlights was in 1964 when he won a Nobel Peace Prize.

King had changes many peoples' lives from end to end. He dreamed and struggled to make all people, no matter what race they belong to, be equal.

Writing this paper work was without a doubt a unique experience and I have to admit that I enjoyed it more than I had expected. Never had I thought someone can change the world by fulfilling his own dreams.

I could feel what motivated him to realize his dream: it was his love for life, love for humanity, love for the entire human race and the simple belief that we can all live in a better place. I just hope that we, as a society will have more people like Martin Luther King, the man which had mad the difference.

Luther King, the man which had mad the difference.

which->who

Luther King, the man who made the difference.

"The Afro-American population has been suffering ever since from discrimination. If you were an Afro-American at this point in time, what would you do about that? Would you surrender to the injustice reality or would you fight it no matter what?"

"During those days in America,"

Black people were brought to America as slaves, and were mostly settled at the southern regeons

to work at agriculture .They had no civil rights, nor any formal education and most of their lives were spent at the cotton fields.

It all changed during the civil war in the US @ 1861, when President Lincoln and the north had decided that black people should suffer no more and be equal. After the war was ended and the north had won, black people were set free and could do as they please. It was all good in theory, but although Lincolns declaration of rights had given the black people freedom and equality, most of the Americans had a problem with accepting the black population, and the Segregation started.

Segregation means, blabla look at wiki.

During WWII black people were drafted aswell, they fought and died next to their white comrades. When they came back home after the war, they hoped the situation would change, but the segregation continued. This and growing anti-black racism (such as rosa park, little rock scool etc) led to an a *will of change in the black community. One of the most influential characters in the struggle for equality, during those years was Martin Luther King.

King was ...
