השאלה שלי היא מה עדיף מבחינת איכות יותר טובה?

כאילו, זה לא בעיה לדעת מי יותר טוב מבין 2 CBR, וגם מי יותר טוב מבין 2 VBR, לפי הממוצע, אבל איך אני יכול להשוות בין VBR ל CBR ולדעת מי יותר טוב?

לדוגמא יש לי CBR של 256, ו VBR של 187, ושניהם נשמעים לי אותו דבר.. אבל ה 256 תופס יותר.

מי יותר איכותי?

תודה לעונים, ואשמח לקבל תשובה כללית גם כן, ולא רק ספציפית לדוגמא הזאת.
