יש לי את הספק שמצויין בכותרת

אחרי יותר משבוע הוא הפסיק לעבוד

אבל אין לו ריח של שריפה, או שמשהו בתוכו נראה מקולקל או שרוף ועדיין יש לו ריח של חדש

אז אם אין ראייה ממשית בחלקים של הספק והוא נראה חדש אבל בכל מקרה לא עובד (חוט חשמל לירוק ושחור- לא מגיב) אז יכולים להחליף לי?
