יש לי XP PRO ואנטי וירוס AVG. לאחרונה, כשאני עושה סריקה עם האנטי וירוס למחשב הוא ניתקע בסריקה בקובץ

C\WINDOWS\INF\NETASP2K.INF . כאשר האנטי וירוס מגיע לקובץ הזה המחשב ניתקע העכבר נעלם ולא ניתן לעשות כלום חוץ מ- restart. התופעה חוזרת על עצמה גם כשניסיתי לעשות סריקה און ליין עם האנטי וירוס של נורטון ופנדה. שניהם נעצרים בקובץ הזה ותוקעים את המחשב.
