התיקייה הזאת תופסת לי קרוב ל-700mb, האם זה בטוח למחוק אותה? או להקטין אותה באופן כלשהו ?

    היית יכול, במקום למחוק, פשוט להקטין את אחוז ניצול ה-System Restore משטח הדיסק:
