I'm looking for a USB connected audio controller that will help me to output audio to both speaker and headphone DAC

This attached diagram describes the wanted relation between the device I'm looking for and other components

Requirements summary

Computer to audio controller relation:

[ ] The audio controller is connected via USB

[ ] The computer recognize the audio controller as speaker

[ ] The computer recognizes the audio controller as microphone

 

Audio controller to headphone DAC relation:

[ ] The audio controller sends audio from the computer to headphone DAC, Preferably via optical connection.

[ ] The audio controller received audio from the DAC and send it to the computer, preferably via optical connection.

 

Audio controller to speaker relation:

[ ] The audio controller sends audio from the computer to the speaker, Preferably via 3.5mm jack connection.

 

Other requirements:

[ ] The audio controller Can sent audio to both headphone DAC and speaker simultaneously.

[ ] each of the headphone DAC and the speaker had it's own volume knob.

Wanted but not a must:

[ ] can be connected to 2 computers and switch between them with 1 click.

[ ] Volume knob for the headphone microphone.
