שלום חברים, אבא שלי נמצא בארה"ב וביקשתי ממנו לקנות לי את הטאבלטים הבאים (אחד מהם):

אני לא יודע מה קורה לגביי אחריות, אם המוצר נקנה בארה"ב, האם יש לי "אבא ואמא"- למי לפנות במידה וישנה תקלה כלשהי??

    אני לא בטוח שזה עדיין ככה היום והאם מדובר על טבלטים, אבל לפני כ- 4 שנים קניתי לפטופ ASUS בארה"ב ומימשתי אחריות בארץ ללא שום בעיה.

    למעשה, הם לקחו את הלפטופ מביתי, תיקנו והחזירו אותו.

    הכי פשוט זה לשלוח מייל לחנות ממנה אתה קונה או ליצור קשר ישירות עם ASUS.
