בבקשה עזרה!!!

קיבלתי iriver e-100 , ורציתי להכניס בו שירים, תמונות וכו'

אני מחברת אותו למחשב נייד באמצעות הכבל usb , אבל- המחשב לא מגיב :nixweiss:

גם כשאני פותחת את 'המחשב שלי' אין שום זיהוי שלו וכן במנהל ההתקנים!!

אני מיואשת, כבר ניסיתי הכל!!

ניסיתי לשנות בהגדרות של המכשיר את ה- connection type, פעם MSC ופעם MTP.

לקחתי אותו לחנות והמוכר פירמט לי אותו, וכשהגעתי הביתה באמת קפצה לי ההודעה על 'התקן לא מוכר' ויש להכניס את הדיסק שבא איתו.

באותו רגע לא מצאתי אותו וכן, לא היה לי זמן אז למחרת שוב חיברתי, אך ההודעה כבר לא קפצה, ושוב- התעלמות מוחלטת מהמכשיר...

עיזרו לי!

אני כבר לגמרי מבולבלת... (MSC\MTP , power and data, setting, בקר אפיק טורי אוניברסלי.......................HELP!!!!!!!!!!! :kopfpatsch:)
