קיבלתי מסך כחול תוך כדי עבודה, ועכשיו המערכת לא מצליחה לעלות.

לחצתי F8 וניסיתי לעלות כך שהוא מראה איזה קובץ עולה בכל רגע, והוא נתקע על קובץ בשם CRCDISK.SYS.

ניסיתי F8 ולעלות במצב REPAIR והוא משום מה חוזר שוב ושוב למסך הבחירה של ה-REPAIR.

בקיצור, אין לי אפשרות לעלות.

האם יש אפשרות להתקין מחדש ויסטה כך שהיא תתקן את הגרסה שעל הדיסק מבלי לאבד את כל הקבצים שלי על המחשב?

הגרסה שיש לי היא ויסטה BUSINESS.

    לא. מדובר בהתקנה שהגיעה עם המחשב הנייד שלי (Dell Latitude D630).

    בכל מקרה, ניסיתי וקיבלתי אפשרות בעת ההתקנה לתיקון הגרסה המותקנת. ואכן התיקון הצליח.

    תודה רבה, אפשר לנעול.
