I have just completed a clean installion of windows xp and i cant install the hebrew LANG

Im' not a dumb ass, i know how to install it but it is telling me:

"Setup was unable to install the chosen locale. Please contact your system Administartor"

I have no idea what to do can anybody help me?

Please verify your logon accounts have enough privilege to do such changes - u need to be a computer admin to do this lang change
