בעייה בפתיחת התיקייה "my video"

כאשר אני פותח את התיקייה "my video" מופיעה לי השגיאה הבאה:

c:\Doucume~1\admini~1\locals~1\temp\wer12.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt

לאחר מכן ה-windows explorer, סוגר את התיקייה. הודעת שגיאה זו מופיעה רק כאשר פותחים את תיקיית "my video".

מה שגיאה זו אומרת ? אשמח לעזרה כיצד לפתור בעייה זו?

    נסה להתקין קודקים אחרים. ממליץ על: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

    במידה וזה עדיין לא עוזר, אז נסה לבטל תצוגה מקדימה של סרטים על ידי כתיבה ב-RUN:

    regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll
