    i have the opposite question... i have an original winXP home edition cd, with its package and everything, but i lost the cd-key....anything i can do(legally) about it?

    it came with the PC, and i have the original cd and all, but the key was on a sticker on a nylon that wrapped something, cant remember what, and i lost it :S
