    הזהרו מקניה דרך האתר של KSP. אם חשוב לכם כספכם. ערכתי קניה בסכום גבוה. קיבלתי הודעה קולית עם קוד לא תקין. המשלוחן טען שהקוד לא תקין ולכן סרב להשאיר את המשלוח. חלף תאריך המשלוח הההזמנה לא סופקה. נציגת החברה מתכתבת בלי סוף אבל לא עונה על שאלות שאתה תובע מולה. פנינו למועצה לצרכנות ביקשנו ביטול עיסקה ועדי'ין לא בוצע. מחברת KSP אומרים שאנחנו נישא בהפסדים למרות שהם העבירו קוד לא תקין. מחכים לטיפולה של המועצה לצרכנות.
