שלום,

קיבלתי לפטופ חדש MSI U123. המחשב חדש מהאריזה.

הפעלתי את המחשב ומשום מה אני רואה שהמחשב לא מזהה את המצלמה המובנת שלו.

נכנסתי לאתר של MSI ולא מצאתי שם פתרון לבעיה, ניסיתי להוריד כל מיני סוגי דרייברים ושום דבר לא עזר, המחשב פשוט לא מזהה את המצלמה.

מה אני יכול לעשות על מנת לתקן את הבעיה?
