אחותי צילמה סרטון בדרום אמריקה, והעבירה אותו לדיסק און -קי , עכשיו שהיא חזרה לארץ אני מנסה להעביר את הסרטון למחשב

והוא לא עובד לי, המדיה פלליר ,ביסיפלייר, VLC , כולם לא מזהיים את הסרטון,

לא עובד.. למשהו יש רעיון אולי איך אפשר ל"תקן" את הקובץ ? זה סרטון מאוד חשוב.
