    הדפדפן של KDE הוא konqueror, תוכנת האימייל שלו היא kmail, והתוכנה של אנשי קשר היא kontact.

    האם הם עדיפים על Firefox ו-Thunderbird? אם כן, אז באילו נקודות?

    תפרט בבקשה קצת על kdevelop/eclipse ו-++gcc\g. אני מעוניין ב-Editor עם Compiler מובנה. איך מתבצעת האינטגרציה בין התוכנות האלה?

    You dont have to use KDE to use some of it's applications. For example, I run fluxbox using firefox to browse, kmail to read email and gdesklets to get updates about the weather. Personaly I hate konqueror which is buggy and doesnt display web sites as good as firefox for example, I like kontact because it has alot of functions pretty much like MS outlook.

    Kdevelop is a cool IDE ptety similiar to MS visual studio, you can manage projects, singles files etc. It doesnt have a built in compiler but it works with gcc.

    About eclipse, never used it but heard its good.

    There is nothing to explain about gcc/g++, standart linux compiler.
