    איכות החיבור ירודה להפליא - מהירות האינטרנט יורדת בשליש כל יום. אני כל הזמן צריך ליצור קשר עם התמיכה הטכנית, והצוות שם חסר יכולת לחלוטין. רק אחד משלושת הטכנאים יכול באמת לעזור, אבל בגלל החסרונות של החברה עצמה, זה נמשך רק לזמן קצר, ואז מהירות האינטרנט שוב נמוכה באופן עקבי. וחוץ מזה!!! -- הטכנאי עונה, "הכל בסדר, אבל אני צריך גישה מרחוק במיוחד למחשב שלך..." !!! אני צוחק ובוכה.
