    שלום, רכשתי מוצר יקר באלי אקספרס. כשקיבלתי אותו, ראיתי שהוא לא תואם לתיאור. אני מחזירה אותו כעת למוכר. הבעיה ששילמתי עליו עוד 307 שקלים מע"מ. האם אלי אקספרס תזכה אותי גם על התשלום הנוסף הזה? הרי אני מחזירה את המוצר לא בגלל שהתחרטתי אלא בגלל שקיבלתי לא את מה שהזמנתי.
