לאחרונה החל המסך לרצד. לא ברורה הסיבה. כאשר המסך מתחיל לרצד הדרך היחידה להפסיק זאת היא ע"י לחיצה ארוכה על לחצן הכיבוי. במידה ולא, לאחר זמן מה הצג חוזר קפוא ולא ממורכז..
ביצעתי הסרה של מתאם תצוגה Intel® UHD Graphics דרך מנהל ההתקנים- הבעיה עדיין נמשכת.
בדקתי Windows Update אבל אין עדכון. גם לא דרך HP.
Intel Driver & Support Assistant מראה עדכון: Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows* (ראו למטה).
האם העדכון מתאים לWindows 11? הוא קשור לבעיה שתיארתי? האם הוא בטוח להתקנה?
